We all have been in that situation of which apps we need to run our small business we start to investigate, read blogs and do so comparison of which one is better for our small business.
Starting a business is not that hard if you have all your ideas put together, a soon you have it, you will know which programs and/or apps need to run a business.
Because when you have your business already built, and you have to keep updated, all this work that has to be done, you will need some apps for it.
Apps to design graphics, automated posts, and emails, and more you will need to do the right work. That is why I am sharing my 11 programs and/or apps that I use to run my small business, which you probably want to take a try.

It’s a design illustration app for a graphic designer, I’m not telling that I am a graphic designer, just have intermediate knowledge because I did some courses about it and like to draw a lot. So, I bought a graphic tablet in Amazon, which is a Huion tablet to draw on my laptop.
Mockups design, retouch photos and create png files to use on Canva or for the web pages design of the SP Atelier Design website.
I use VSCO to retouch photos with filters and use the setting when the filters don’t go in the way I want the photo to look.

Automate some posts while I’m not available to do it myself, also track all the analytics information of my Instagram Account to keep growing.
This a great app to take notes and track or manage some information, organizing in boards, you create a list and made in every list different note, add some description on it so as to not lose it.
Asana is great when it comes to managing the time, you will find a calendar to track days of any projects, schedule them, even use a list and boards to manage any type of project you’re working on it.
Create subscribe forms, list of contact to send automated emails so subscribers and customers can be updated on every new information on the website, blog, shop, and social media.

Wix, apart from being a website host, also provides analytics of every movement of the page that can be helpful. With Wix SEO can position the website on google engines, so when people are looking for information they stop by the website and take a look around.
